Our Refund Promise

At Growth Engine Method, we believe in the quality of our products. Every OS product we sell is built on real frameworks from Growth Engine by Nishat Husain, available in both Notion and Google Sheets, tested with hundreds of founders, and designed to deliver measurable value immediately.

That said, we understand that a product may not be the right fit for every buyer at every stage. Our refund policy is straightforward and designed to protect you.

Eligibility for a Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

• Your request is made within 7 days of your original purchase date
• You email us at reachgrowthengine@gmail.com from the email address used at purchase
• You include your order number or payment confirmation in your refund request

How to Request a Refund

1. Email reachgrowthengine@gmail.com with subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Name]"
2. Include your order number or payment confirmation receipt
3. Briefly tell us what didn't work for you (optional, but helps us improve)

We will process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

What Is Not Covered

• Requests made more than 7 days after the original purchase date
• Purchases where the Notion workspace or Google Sheets file has been duplicated, copied, or shared with third parties in violation of our terms
• Requests from the same email address that has previously received a refund on any of our products

After a Refund

Upon processing your refund, access to the purchased product (Notion workspace and Google Sheets file) will be revoked. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been processed.
